About this house
Founded in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne, Laurent-Perrier stands as one of the great independent Houses of Champagne. Under the stewardship of the de Nonancourt family and subsequently the Mentzelopoulos, it has forged a style built on purity, freshness and elegance, achieved through demanding vinification in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.
A pioneer of saignée Rosé Brut and a resolutely Chardonnay-driven approach, the House champions an artisanal vision at scale. La Cuvée, its flagship champagne, embodies this spirit: dominant Chardonnay, a long four-year ageing on lees and a rigorous selection of the finest Champagne crus.
