THE CUVÉES OF MAISON RUINART
A golden robe with green highlights, threaded with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens on aromas of pear, green apple and white peach, lifted by a gentle brioche note. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a beautiful tension that gradually yields to a silky roundness through the mid-palate.

A blend of 40 to 50 crus drawn principally from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, enriched with 20 to 30% reserve wines that ensure the consistency and signature style of Ruinart vintage after vintage.
Founded on 1 September 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, Maison Ruinart is the oldest of the Champagne houses. Since 1947, Chardonnay has been enshrined as its signature grape variety, lending the entire range a lightness, freshness and recognisable aerial elegance.
Its chalk cellars, hewn 38 metres below ground and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, provide ideal ageing conditions throughout the year. A house within the LVMH group, Ruinart has embodied for nearly three centuries the marriage of refinement and the Champenois art de vivre.
The vivacity and fine bubble of R de Ruinart pair beautifully with Gruyère gougères, drawing out the full freshness of the Chardonnay.
The delicate brininess of raw sea bass responds elegantly to the chalky minerality and citrus notes of this Champagne.
The creamy richness of a risotto and the vegetal character of asparagus harmonise with the silky roundness and vivacity of R de Ruinart.
