/en/ stores this data on servers rented by the company. These servers are hosted by our hosting partners, PlanetHoster (France), Netim (France) and Google (France). No data is stored outside the European Union.
Account activity data (purchases, quotations, invoices, shipments) are retained for 10 years following the relevant event. This retention period is required by French law, which stipulates that invoicing-related documents must be retained for 10 years as evidence (Article L. 123-22, paragraph 2 of the French Commercial Code). This data is not sold to any external service provider.
id design acts as a subcontractor for sending newsletters to individuals who have consented to receive them. The emails sent contain an unsubscribe link.
