The robe is a shimmering golden hue, animated by a fine and persistent effervescence. The generous nose opens on ripe fruits, fresh citrus and discreet hints of leather, before evolving towards juicy pear, freshly baked biscuit and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is broad and fleshy; the finish is lively and invigorating, underpinned by a radiant acidity and underscored by a delicate bitterness of rhubarb and orange zest.

About this house

Champagne Arnaud Moreau is a four-hectare family domaine established in Bouzy and Ambonnay, two of the seventeen villages classified 100% Grand Cru in Champagne. After an earlier career as a software engineer, Arnaud Moreau took up the reins in 2007 from his father René and grandfather François, continuing three generations of champenois passion across an entirely Grand Cru vineyard.

The domaine practises sustainable viticulture with hand-harvesting and a rigorous parcel-by-parcel approach. Seven cuvées emerge from this heritage — from the Tradition to the single-vineyard Érynn — guided by a philosophy that favours natural methods and minimal dosage to reveal the purity and finesse of the chalky terroirs of Bouzy and Ambonnay.
