More than ten years of maturation on lees have woven these terroirs into an expression of rare complexity.
About this house
Founded in 1584, Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. Its identity rests on vinification without malolactic fermentation — an uncommon choice that preserves the natural acidity of the grapes and allows its cuvées to age with incomparable grace.
Célébris, the absolute prestige cuvée, is produced only in vintages of exceptional character — just nine times in thirty-five years. The 2012 embodies this exacting standard: a harvest of outstanding quality, more than ten years' ageing on lees, disgorgement in January 2023, followed by nine months' rest in the cellar before release.
