About this house

Founded in 1785 in Reims, Piper-Heidsieck is one of Champagne's great historic houses, renowned for its expressive style and taste for bold choices. Its legendary association with Hollywood — most notably Marilyn Monroe — has made it a byword for glamour and celebration the world over.

Since 2018, Émilien Boutillat has led the winemaking team, upholding a philosophy centred on the maturity of Pinot Noir and the building of reserve wines representing a minimum of 25% of each blend. The Rosé Sauvage, conceived in 2001, is the house's most gastronomic and structured expression.
