Founded in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck is one of the great Champagne Houses, its history intimately bound up with the royal courts of Europe and the world of cinema — a Hollywood favourite since the 1930s. Under the stewardship of Chef de Caves Émilien Boutillat, the House has radically reoriented its style towards greater precision, minerality and gastronomic ambition.
